Purchasing Artworks

Every artwork by Artedelsoffio is original, unique, and handmade by the artist Salvatore Velardi.

Once purchased, the artwork will generally no longer be available. Any material details, textures, brushstrokes, or visual peculiarities are an integral part of the artwork's artistic identity and represent its uniqueness and authenticity.

The images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Slight color variations may occur depending on the device used for viewing.


Certificate of Authenticity

Each original artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed and stamped by the artist, guaranteeing the originality and provenance of the artwork.

The certificate is issued as a single copy along with the artwork and is an integral part of its artistic authenticity.


Shipping and Packaging

Artworks are professionally packaged using protective materials suitable for national and international transport of artworks.

Shipments can be insured and trackable depending on the destination and the selected courier. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, logistical or customs procedures, and periods of high demand.

Upon delivery, it is advisable to immediately check the integrity of the packaging and sign with reservation in the presence of visible anomalies.

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by sending detailed photographs of the packaging and the received artwork.


Payments

Major payment methods available at checkout are accepted, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment systems supported by the platform.

All transactions are processed through protected and encrypted systems to ensure maximum data security.


Returns and Refunds

Given the original, artistic, and often unrepeatable nature of the artworks, returns are generally not provided for, except in the case of documented damage during transport or specific cases provided for by applicable regulations.
